Our school has been very fortunate to receive grant funding from the Department of Transport - WA Bicycle Network Program. In partnership with Albany Primary P&C we have been able to purchase and install a bike repair station. This station will be used to augment our fantastic bike education program. In conjunction with our Student Team and Your Move initiatives we are confident that we will see an increase in the number of people in our school community using active transport.

Nice one Albany Primary School! It would be great to hear all about how you sourced your new shiny bike repair station, the cost, the breakdown of how it was funded, how you picked a spot for it to be installed and who helped with that? I'm sure that Your Move schools across the network would love to hear all about those kind of practicalities and logistics :) Also, Kylie is about to share a story on footpath signs for bike repair stations that will be soon available on our online shop!
