Hitting the road for Ride2School day

It takes more than a bit of rain to put off the keen riders of Albany Primary School! The Your Move student team were kept busy handing out raffle tickets and a free piece of fruit to everyone who arrived by bike or scooter this morning for National Ride2School Day. By the time the bell went, there were 87 bikes and 5 scooters in the racks - a fantastic effort by students and the parents who accompanied them! Well done everyone, and stay tuned for the prize winner to be announced at the school assembly next week.

A bit of rain is nothing to true Albanians (what IS the adjective for someone from Albany?). Nice work and we all look forward to hearing about the winner of the day!
