The sun was shining and the birds were singing for our Walk Safely to School day event this morning! We had a great turnout, with around 30 students joining in one of our two group walks, and plenty more walking independently from home. Our Your Move student team did a brilliant job of handing out stickers and lucky dip prizes to a huge crowd of kids before school. Big thanks to our volunteers (parents and our fantastic school chaplain) and all the families who took part.

Hi Andrea. Another successful event for Albany PS up on the board! It sounds like getting help from volunteers really paid off with good participation in the group walks as well as amongst independent walkers.
