Mountain Bike Track Lunch Time Openings

This term, our Mountain Bike Track continues to be a hit with lunch time track opening sessions proving very popular with the students. The randomness of these track openings is a motivator for kids to ride as often as possible as if the track opens and they have their bike at school that day they are welcome to go for a lunch time ride.

Those shots to a brilliant job of capturing these sessions, Paul. How often do these days occur? Would it be about once a fortnight? Monthly? For now you have received 40 points for this initiative, but depending on the frequency you might get some more 😉. Happy riding!

I'm thinking, Paul, that James is suggesting that this might be a regular activity ( & so a bit like an AT campaign; ride your bike to school & the MBT is your oyster!) Super action photos! The "randomness" is the key...

Thanks James and Arlene, on average it's probably somewhere between once a week and once a fortnight that it happens, but it's fairly dependant upon weather and staff availability so the frequency fluctuates a bit, and yes it is super random which is great!

Thanks for the update Paul - yes that is definitely worth the 90 points for a "Regular Active Travel Day" then, so I have upgraded your points 😊.
