Friday 17th of May started a bit overcast and with a bit of drizzle, but it did not stop 50% of Bannister Creek Primary School students along with many parents walking to school. Room 6, Year 1 and Room 10, Year 3 both had 81% of their students walk to school. Both classes will be rewarded with some extra play time.

Your students look so calm Julie - it must be all that active travel that they do 😉! Great to hear that you got half the school involved and that the year 1s and 3s were particularly enthused. You have earned 40 points for celebrating NWS2SD and 10 points for sharing those participation rates.
