On Thursday, March 18th 175 students from Years 1 to 6 rode their bikes or scooters to school. Many others in kindy and pre-primary also joined in the fun as did some parents and staff. The bike racks were over-flowing and senior students participated in bike education activities with their teacher. Eighteen students from Room 14 rode to school and earnt themselves 10 minutes extra play time.

Nice idea too giving extra play time as an incentive for Room 14 - what was the reason for specifically targetting that room? Can you tell me a little more about the bike ed - was it just a one-off session or will it continue?.
