Ride to School Term One

At Beenyup Primary, we had our First Ride to School Day on Friday, 26 February 2021. The sun was out and it was a glorious day as our “Your Move Ambassadors” set up a gigantic course in the centre of our school grounds, supervised by one of our fantastic education assistants. As we had approximately ninety students express interest in this event, the students were split across two breaks. Students had a fantastic time as they rode safely and navigated their way through the course at either recess or lunch. At the end of the rides, the students talked excitedly amongst themselves about our second organised “Ride to School” where they couldn’t wait to do it all again. Our second Ride to School day occurred on Friday, 26 March 2021 and was another exciting and fun event for our students.
