Hi Kylie, this is a great initiative that makes it easier for staff to choose public transport for work trips and it is great ot hear that this action is part of an overall plan. Some easy ways to get more points for your posts include giving us an idea of how many staff participate and/or telling up a bit of a story about a staff member who uses the SmartRiders, including a photo or letting us know how your promote it.
