Riding the Highway to Hell

In case you hadn't heard, there was this thing on Sunday where Canning Highway was closed for an AC/DC Bon Scott rolling concert tribute. A sensational site visit to Highway to Hell was held over the weekend by our festivals team who explored the site using the fabulous power of ebikes. Highway to Hell took place along Canning Hwy from Canning Bridge to the Fremantle Traffic Bridge .

Our Festivals Coordinator Sarah had this to say "The electric bikes were the perfect transport to encompass the full event. They enabled the passionate festival goers to enjoy all the offerings of an amazing large scale event from Canning Bridge to the Containerbow in Fremantle ROCK ON". That last bit wasn't Sarah, it was me.

I never would have guessed that AC/DC would feature in a YM story! Luckily here at YM we expect (and encourage) the unexpected. Your staff social ride to Acca-Dacca (Acqua-Dacqa? or Acka-Dacka?) has earned 40 points. I love the biodegradable spokey dokes!

Thanks James - it's Acca-Dacca of course! It was a combo social and work ride (as it was the Festivals team) - social in City of Melville and East Fremantle then work when they hit City of Fremantle
