YourMove access guides will now be sent to all new starters as part of their welcome pack. In the past staff have only received starter forms and an application for a parking permit. By sending the YourMove access guide the City is letting new staff know that active transport is encouraged and that there are lots of options for alternative modes.

Hi Sam, Welcome to Your Move!... thats great news about the new access guides for staff. Please keep up the posts and also try logging into the 'Local Government Access' area on the blue bar up the top. There's loads of stats you can drill down into, an LGA forum and heaps more interesting stuff. By the way, do you mind if we share a post on Facebook about the eBike video that Francois did a couple of years back?

Hi Sam, we know that changing jobs is one of those key moments where people are open to changing the way they travel. Providing info about walking, cycling and public transport options at this juncture might just inspire them to leave their car at home! This is a great initiative so you've earned 30 activity points for 'promoting active transport to new staff' and another 25 for providing them with an access guide.
