After a few uncertain months, things are getting back to normal at the City of Vincent. We are keen to do more than ever to help those who were able to get on a bike during lockdown to stay on their bike. It was tricky getting things going with social distancing but we have the go-ahead now.

Starting on September 5th we will be hosting two women's cycle courses at Smiths Lake Reserve. One course will be for women who have never learnt to cycle and want to give it a try. The second course will focus more on building confidence and helping those interested in cycling to work.

We will also be trialing 1 to 1 cycle lessons for residents soon. This has been successful with our staff so we are looking into extending the offer to residents.

Further ahead we will be taking part in Bike Month again and will be reviewing our usual events and looking to improve where we can. Our Super Tuesday bike counts will hopefully help us better locate pop up events.

Hi Sam, if you would like us to promote the cycling course designed to help those interested in cycling to work please let us know. There are a few Your Move workplaces in the Perth, Vincent, Subiaco, Stirling area that we could reach out to?
