The City is taking part in WA Bike Month and so far we have had 12 members of staff sign up. As well as the prizes on offer through Bike Month we are drawing one winner each week from all staff that have logged at least one ride, they will receive a $10 coffee voucher. At the end of the month the the rider with the most points will receive a full service from Bike Dr. Second place will receive a weeks worth of coffees delivered to your desk by a director (this seems to be more popular at the moment!).

The start of Bike Month coincides with our Breakfast Rumble for November so will be launched then with double points for anyone that cycles.

We are also sharing WA Bike Month on social media to encourage residents to take part and have been promoted the challenge at all our Ride2Work events last week.

Hi Sam - well done for getting a Vincent Dirty Dozen together - I have linked your story to the "Get involved in Bike Month" activity and that has given you 40 points. I particularly like your subversive idea of having a director deliver coffee and that has earned you 15 innovation points. You also earned another 15 points for widening the benefits by promoting to the wider community.

And just like that Vincent achieves gold accreditation! A week worth of coffees delivered to your desk by a director is definitely something worth riding for - what a great idea.
