The Year 4 Your Move Team at Coolbinia Primary conducted another Fume Free Friday (FFF) special event on Friday 20th November. They are keeping the Your Move promotion going right up to the end of the year, which will finish with a bang!
The photos show Team members in action at different school gates. They greet all students arriving at school and give character and responsibility tokens to students coming to school in an active way - walking, riding or catching public transport. The Your Move Team also hand out stickers, badges and tattoos promoting Your Move.
There is more happening about active transport at Coolbinia Primary in the coming days. Along with FFFs, these additional activities are our end-of-year "fireworks"! The statistics for the EOY Your Move Hands-up Survey will be submitted soon and the Your Move Team will be visiting local parks on 10th December to conduct a stencilling activity encouraging people to participate in Your Move. Watch this space for these developments!

Thanks for sharing with us how your FFF day works Elaine. I like how you have linked it in with your character and responsibility token system. How often do you have FFFs? FFFs are held every Friday, however we 'reward' students participating in active travel on a random basis by having special FFFs where we hand out tokens and stickers.

Excellent Elaine - I have just upgraded this to "Regular Active Travel Day" activity for term 4, which gives you an additional 50 points.
