Throughout an exciting week in October, The 2017 OSH and Wellbeing Expos wrapped up at 140 William after previously making stops at Mineral House and Cannington.

Overall, the events were a huge success with more than 300 DMIRS employees attending. The feedback from staff, leaders and managers in attendance has been outstanding. The first ever Mineral House expo especially received rave reviews from those in attendance.

Throughout the week DMIRS employees were able to access an amazing array of health and wellbeing stalls and activities, sample some fantastic healthy food and drinks, and fill a goodie bag with information about their personal health and wellbeing.

From a 'Your Move' perspective there was a lot on offer for DMIRS employees. Attendees were able to participate in the 'Step Up Sprint' competition to see how many step ups they could complete in 30 seconds, and they were also able to jump on the Smoothie Bike and use their pedal power to create a delicious snack! We also had local gym providers and the research team from Livelighter to help encourage healthy eating and exercise habits.

It was a fantastic week of events and we're very excited to share some photos below.

Looks like it was a great event! Well done :) Did anyone mention they'd be more inclined to ride or walk to work after this event?
