Meet our new traffic warden!

Students were excited to meet our new Traffic Warden, Jean when she started with us a few weeks ago! It is lovely to see a smiling face each morning and afternoon during pick up and drop off. Many students have created a relationship with Jean and are often seen stopping to have a chat with her whenever they get the chance!

Harrisdale Primary School is home to over 1200 students which means there is a lot of built up traffic both before and after school. Having a traffic warden allows us to encourage students to actively make their way to and from school resting in the knowledge that Jean is there to assist them get to their destination safely and with a smile.
