Car Park Improvements

Honeywood Primary school is having several improvements to the school over the holidays to improve safety of parents/ students walking or riding to school.

We are getting :a new pedestrian only entry ramp from Honeywood Avenue (which means the existing ramp will be for vehicles only) to make walking into the school grounds far safer, a Kiss and Go area on Windjana Rise,
two small concrete paths installed on the corner of Honeywood Avenue and Windjana Rise - so parents/ students don't have to walk through the garden beds.

A note was sent home to parents telling them of the above changes and a reminder about students safety- "In the interim, please continue to be kind and respectful in and around the car park. Obey the signs and directional arrows, use the marked crosswalks and be patient . Our children's safety is everyone's responsibility:)"
