End of Year Survey

Honeywood Primary School completed the end of year survey.

Our results weren't as pleasing as we hoped but we deliberately chose a day that we knew would not be as popular as other days to see what the difference would be.

Honeywood has three wheels days now- Monday, Wednesday and Friday, where students can bring their bikes, scooters or roller blades to ride around the set circuit during both breaks. On these days there are numerous students who ride or scooter to school.

We chose a Tuesday to complete the survey to see if numbers had increased over the year on off Wheels days.

Although not a huge difference it is positive to see a decrease in students going to school via car.

Hearing your disappointment Danielle. Sounds like the students are ready for some public transport use over summer though and I imagine you have seen the bike racks filling over the year! These are solid results and you should be very proud. A three day a week wheelie circuit is an impressive commitment. What lucky students! Congratulations and well done for making a difference. That's 90 points for your Regular Active Travel Day update and 25 for reflections on your results.
