Honeywood Primary School is a new school with no walk ways between blocks.
To encourage students, staff and visitors to the school to walk to other blocks no matter what the weather, every block including admin is provided with a tub with umbrellas for their use.

Hi Danielle - nice work. Although this initiative might not directly reduce car use (I'm imagining that you can't actually drive between school buildings!) - I think it is actually a good education tool, as in WA people often don't consider that they can walk somewhere in the rain. The more kids get used to using appropriate weather protection the more they are likely to also do so outside of school and at the same time reduce car trips.
