Flavia T, Local Marketing Manager and Anggi C, Goods Flow Manager from IKEA Perth, had the pleasure to attend the 2020 Your Move Awards breakfast.
The morning was very inspiring, giving our managers some great ideas to implement during the IKEA challenge. IKEA Perth has committed to the Your Move challenge, with a plan to kick start the internal campaign in January 2021.
To get the ball rolling, we have pledged to run a bicycle month event, to encourage our co-workers to ride to work. This pledge will be included as part of our overall strategy, to support our goal of reducing car use by 10% in 2021.

Hi Flavia - great to hear that you and Anggi got so much out of the Awards morning. It is excellent news that you are kicking off your internal campaign soon with an aim to reduce car use by 10%.
