National Walk to School Day 2024

Kate Hingston

Today's National Walk to School Day at Inglewood Primary School was an amazing success. We had 200 students walk, ride, scoot or skate safely to school. Thank you everyone who participated in this event and also a very big thanks to the Deputies for making this day possible and to Woolworths Inglewood who donated large boxes of fresh fruit to hand out to all our healthy, active students. Congratulations to Year 5/6 Room 20 who had the most people to walk, scoot or ride to school safely and also congratulations to Year 6 Room 22 with the second most students and to our PP/1 Room 13 who came in third. Thank you and well done to all the students from all the other classes who participated. We hope you all enjoyed this year's Your Move event and the fresh fruit!

James (Your Move)

Hi Olivia, Zoe and Kate 😀. Firstly - welcome back everyone for another term with Your Move! Great to see you all embracing NWS2SD and to read about all the support you received from your Deputies, Woolies and of course the 200 paticipants 😁. You have received 40 points for celebrating the event at Inglewood and 10 points for your story details (as well as it being written by students!). Have a lovely week everyone!!!.
