Our Year 5 Transport Troopers were very excited to add a shiny new PLATINUM sticker to our Your Move plaque at the front of our admin building this morning!!
We earned Platinum status in 2020 due to the outstanding efforts by the LGPS community in coming to school via active travel (walking, riding or scooting)!
On Tuesday, we had our first “Hands Up” survey of the year and found that nearly 50% of students arrived via active travel! This is a huge jump from the 36% we had at the beginning of this last year.
We are hoping to go Platinum again in 2021!
