Last week our school faction captains had their first meeting with Ms Robinson and Ms de Oliveira to start getting organised for Footprint Fridays and our school 'Decorate Your Bike' Competition. Today we had another meeting to write up our story. We have sent out messages in the school newsletter and on our school Facebook page and on Seesaw to advertise our 'Dress Up Your Bike Day' competition to help us promote and encourage everyone to ride, scoot or walk to school on National Ride2School Day. We are all excited to see the amazingly decorated bikes tomorrow and will post some photos of our competition next week.

Hi Kim - and a big welcome back to everyone at Lakelands for 2021! Great to hear that your faction captains have taken the bull by the horns for all your active travel promotions. You have earned 60 points for forming a student team and another 22 for posting a newsletter article in Term 1. I'll be watching out for your update on all the dress up and R2SD action. Don't forget to also give us an update on your FFF regular active travel day when it fires up!
