We have been successful in our application for a Type A cross work attendant on Cawarna Parkway ( front entrance to our school). This is exciting news for our school because it will mean our students and their parents will have a safe point to cross. An onsite meeting was held on Wednesday, 28th October, with all stakeholders to determine if the existing site is suitable. The crossing will commence operation pending the installation of road markings and signage by Main Roads and availability of the WA Police Traffic Warden.

That is such good news Amy! Is there any indication yet from Main Roads about how long the road markings might take? And what are the issues regarding availability of a warden? Please give us an update once it is all in place and then we can give you some more points, but for now I have given you 10 points for sharing this successful approval milestone.Report comment
