Each fortnight the Mount Lawley Primary School (MLPS) Traffic Management Group (TMG) in conjunction with Principal, Sandra Martin prepares information that parents, carers and students should be mindful of. The latest week 5 Term 1 newsletter was special, as 'Your Move' was mentioned on the first page of the newsletter! Check this out...
In addition to the promotion of the Your Move program on the first page of the newsletter, the TMG provides regular updates on active transport, safety and events. In week 3 newsletter, the TMG promoted the up and coming Year 1 Bike Sessions that were obtained through accumulating Your Move points. The TMG also reinforced the importance of being safe and respectful in car parking areas.
We can't wait for the Year 1 Bike Sessions to start. Compliments of Your Move!

Thanks for the big newsletter update Sharnie 😁. Great to see you have fired up the Park and Walk initiative for Term 1, earning you 60 points (remember that you can earn that for each term that you give us an update on it!). Great to see Sandra highlighting the importance of AT in her post too. On top of the 22 points earned for including YM and Active Travel in your newsletters this term you also earned 20 points for all the details in this engaging story. Have a great weekend 😎!
