The Mount Lockyer PS team were recipients of a WA Bike Month grant, which was put to good use in the form of a Ride Safely to School event. Over 60 students, staff and family members took up the challenge and dodged the showers to ride to school. Year 6 teacher Miss Sayers and the Student Leaders handed out special vouchers to everyone who rode to school, which they could exchange for a freshly baked muffin at the canteen.

Great to see Mt Lockyer diving into Bike Month! You have earned 40 points for your event and another 40 points for taking the time to apply for the Bike Month grant.
