It was a super rainy and windy start to the day here in Albany, but the Mount Lockyer Primary students are a resilient bunch - we still had over 70 bike riders in our Ride2School Day bike parade! Amazing effort by those kids (and their parents). We had great fun doing laps around the quadrangle before the judging for best decorated bike in junior and senior categories. It was a very tough job, but Ms Mclean managed to pick out two awesome bikes to receive a great prize - congratulations to Macy and Thatcher. Great job all round Team Lockyer :)

How satisfying it must be to see all those new bike racks FULL! I love all those colourfully decorated bikes - it that a giant half eaten doughnut I see? You have earned 40 points for your R2SD event plus 20 points for the Dress Up Your Bike parade.
