On Thursday 1 September 2016 we held our ninth 'hands up' survey.


Overall our active transport was 49% (184 students) compared to 34% (133 students) in Jun 2016 and 43% (158 students ) in September 2015.


These results are the second highest active transport results we have recorded since October 2014. A huge turn around from the previous June 2016 survey. The biggest increase was the number of students cycling to school - double that of last survey. Walking numbers have also increased by 29 students. A great result.


Our accumulated results were:
• 2 (1%) caught the bus or train
• 56 (15%) of students rode a bike / scootered / skated
• 126 (33%) of students walked
• 195 (51%) came in a ca
