At the beginning of 2021 the Your Move team and Teacher Champions set a goal to achieve platinum status by the end of the year. We've achieved our goal! Numerous projects and terrific community support have kept us on track to reach our goal much sooner than we thought!
Wheelie Fun Friday has continued to be a regular attraction each fortnight with more and more students riding and walking to school. Our" In It To Win It," competition is due to be drawn next week with the winning class receiving terrific prizes thanks to all of our reward points and the Your Move shop.
People on Bicycles had their last session with our Pre-primary classes, teaching them to scoot, glide and ride across the basketball court this week. We were very appreciative of their help and grateful for the great weather!
The Your Move team had their meeting today in preparation for their Leadership excursion on Monday and Tuesday of next week. Files, agendas, and t-shirts are ready to go! We look forward to meeting other Your Move teams and sharing ideas and creating solutions with them.
It has been a very busy term at Noranda Primary School as we worked toward reaching our goal, but for now...that's Platinum achieved!
