Newsletter Article Term 2

An article was written to go in the last newsletter for Term 2 to inform parents about becoming an Active School. Beginning of T3 we hope to see an increase in the number of students either riding, walking, skating or scooting to school. The Year 4s have made a video to show the rest of the classes at OPS and it has even been sent to parents via their family Seesaw IT account, to kick start our Active School Journey.

I love how the year 4s have taken the lead in promoting active travel! I have linked your story to the "newsletter" activity, which gives you 22 points. You also earned 40 points for doing an active travel video production as a class activity (normally 15 points but promoted at 40 points in term 2 to help schools out during COVID-19), and another 22 points for using this to promote AT to the rest of the students as well as their families. All in all, a brilliant way to kick start your involvement in Your Move!
