As one of the FSH INVEST Wellness Leads I pledge to building the engagement of the FSH Walking Group.
This incentive was originally launched as part of R U Ok? Day. We spend so much time at work but we can feel completely alone. The idea of the walking group is to build new connections with others within our workforce.
Although there was "soft launch" the walking group hasn't been fully implemented. With more ongoing and consistent promotion, and a dedicated Team, the aim is to have an ongoing Group walking at lunchtimes (weather permitting) every Tuesday in 2021!! :)
