In reflecting on the progress of Your Move at St As in 2022 I went all the way back to our 2021 Parent Survey.
Last year's survey identified that the top 3 areas that the community wanted support were:
- 1) excursions/incursions about road safety
- 2) installing a crossing guard at a major intersection and
- 3) improved bike / scooter parking
As the Your Move Co-ordinator, I have paid particular focus to these areas in 2022 and this is what the team have achieved:
I shared these reflections with the school community via our Newsletter and via the Facebook P & F page. I also provided a summary of all St As Your Move initiatives for 2022.
With these reflections fresh in mind, I have taken the opportunity to ask parents to complete a new survey to direct how the your move team can support them to achieve more active travel journeys in 2023. Results to follow soon!

So many achievements Lindi! And a testimony to the effectiveness of your systematic approach to increasing Active Travel at St Augustine 😊.
