Helmets, check!

St Augustine's Bike Month Treasure Island activity is coming up this weekend and of course safety is a number one priority for the event. With the buzz of excitement that the event has stirred up, we have a perfect opportunity to promote helmet safety to the school. Our Phys Ed teacher Mr Breen made a whole school announcement using See Saw to all students and parents to remind them about the importance of checking helmets regularly. He attached the SDERA information sheet ‘Check your Helmet’ with tips on how to wear a helmet correctly and a checklist to ensure a helmet is still in working order.
