Swan View Primary School have made a commitment to promote an active transport day per school term. The National ride to school day Friday the 13th of March was the perfect opportunity. Students and teachers were encouraged not only to use active transport to get to school, but dress up and decorate their bikes in the "Freaky Friday the 13th" theme. The canteen manager also embraced the idea with a “Freaky Fun Pack" for recess. It was a fun day and considered to be a huge success.

Welcome back to Your Move Schools Gordon and all at Swan View PS. It looks like you got all creative for your R2SD - the cold swamp milo especially intrigues me! I think Mr Brown's dress up will also offer some effective protection from Covid-19, even if not quite Australian Standards. Your big day has earned you 40 points, plus another 20 for including the dress up event. I wonder what your event will be for next term?
