Are you 60+?
All of the 'Starts at 60 Community' and 'Travel Buddies Meet-ups' hosts are volunteers from within our community. We bring people together (both male & female) for company or friendship every month. We meet the 1st Wednesday of every month. It’s free to attend, however as we frequent a local café, a purchase of coffee/tea would be appreciated.
Everyone who attends their local meet-up is treated as an equal, a new friend to be welcomed. You might be widowed or divorced, and might not have any family living close by, or recovering from a health issue and haven’t been able to venture out of home for some time, but to hear about the fun and frivolity others are experiencing at one of our Community and Travel Buddies Meet-ups brings great satisfaction.
Bookings for the morning tea at the cafe are required due to limited numbers.
