Fun, informative and motivational sessions are suitable for all ages and all skill levels, including first time BMX riders. These sessions cover all aspects of BMX, as well as equipment maintenance and personal safety issues. Bring your own helmet and BMX bike. Protection such as wrist guards and knee pads are recommended.
Note if you do not bring your own helmet you will not be able to participate.
