WAG puts the Town of East Freo on the Map!

Thanks to the 'Your Move' rewards shop, the Town of East Fremantle now has a Workplace Access Guide (WAG) to make it easy for employees, residents and other visitors to consider alternative ways of frequenting the Council Office and Town Hall.

It encourages walking, cycling and public transport by showing bus stops and nearby train stations locations together with cycle routes, shared pathways and bicycle parking facilities.

The WAG was launched today at a staff lunchtime 'Lunch and Learn' complete with free pizza! To be sustainable, it is currently available on our intranet and may soon be uploaded to our Town website for others to access. It is also planned to include this exciting new sustainability resource in our New Resident and New Employee welcome and starter packs.

Great to see you back on Your Move Stacey 😁! That is exciting that your access guide is in place and ahead of schedule too, I believe. Nice too that you took advantage of the opportunity too to have an active travel lunch and learn session. You have earned 50 points for your access guide, 25 points for your launch and 10 points for the details of how it all turned out. Let us know when it starts going out to your new residents and employees!
