This week the split 5/6 class underwent the activity sheet for The Fight for Planet A program. Gathering together they discussed many things about the environment and what we can all do to help.
Their biggest task was discussing how they all got to school that day. 13 students travelled by car but an impressive 11 people walked and 1 person came on their bike.
Not only was this activity a great success to get the kids thinking what they can do to help the environment, but learning that almost half of the class is being active on their way to school is very encouraging!
