Last Friday the 26th of March, students from Kindergarten to Year Six participated in Ursula Frayne Catholic College's Ride to School Day. Parents, teachers, grounds staff and kids worked together to promote a healthy and connected school community with a reduced carbon footprint.

Being active, having fun with our friends and celebrating a sense of belonging all contribute to the happiness, and good mental and physical health of the students at Frayne.

Students who rode, walked or scooted to school wore their crazy socks and received a piece of fruit donated by Friends of Frayne. They were greeted with a balloon arch and we had a special guest of honour, Constable Care. We can't wait until we can have another event like this soon.

Congratulations on a successful Ride to School day and what a warm welcome for students! Your R2SD event has earned you 40 points and we added 10 points for a good read. Did Constable Care do an incursion or was it just a cameo appearance?
