Bike Week Here We Come!

This afternoon was spent fine-tuning everything about to happen during BW. Tomorrow sees the Team running Decorate Your Wheels before school. Who's judging what (& with whom) has been determined & gear needed (clipboards, judging sheets, pens.) Time frames from setting up, to announcing winners & saying a general "well done" to all participants, to wheels back in racks & that reminder about the re-launch of Wheeling Wednesdays, has been sorted.

Then to Wheeling Wednesdays where for the first time the whole Team will be there to hand out those raffle tickets & this week being BW, handing out BW stickers. Again timing was an important consideration & especially tee- ing up with teachers the reason for being so early to school! The Team also proposed a roster once WWs is in a routine. Great thinking Team!

Then to R2SD on Friday & our finale to the week, our Ride Run Obstacle Fun. Team members walked through the course, familiarizing themselves with their area of responsibility. Lots of good questions, all given good answers (I hope!)

So we ARE "wheely" ready! Next week we will de-brief & share our thoughts on how everything panned out.
