Recently, City of Rockingham YM schools met for the term networking session. There is always good discussion & sharing of ideas, including tweaking of some of those ideas & coming up with new ones! Thank you Penny McCall (COR) for arranging these each term & Carol-Ann (DoT YM) for attending, giving us your expertise, knowledge & sometimes even guiding us along another pathway.
Up for discussion was how we might implement buddy teams in the new year; this emanated from our Team's brainstorming which I was more than happy to share with the group. Penny & Carol-Ann will liase on this, then pass the names of the new schools onto "neighbouring" YM schools. Call it a work in progress...
Penny brought us up to date on events for the rest of this year & the bike/hike breakfast scheduled for March 2021.
These sessions are always worthwhile with lots of positive discussion and outcomes. Next year's first networking date has already been set!

Hi Arlene - thanks for sharing the Rockingham network group meeting. They always sound like such productive use of time. I'm looking forward to watching this buddy scheme develop.
