This afternoon the outgoing met the incoming. Being able to do a handover from the 2020 Team to the 2021 Team was a bonus end to the year. The Team started off by reading TAGs (Tip, Advice, Good wish) to the "shadows," so called because next year's Team "shadowed" the 2020 Team last week with a few tasks which needed to be done (thanks 2021 Team!) Next everyone sat down to discuss & brainstorm goals & ideas for 2021. I love this part because I become roving photographer & watch the magic happen (& it did!)
The brainstorming sheets have been collected & safely put away, ready to peruse at our first 2021 session, where we will review & put into a consensus form ready for action.
