Now that we have the SOY HU data the Team has finalized the AT targets for this year. There was much discussion on our ends of Semesters 1 & 2 AT targets. We looked at previous years to see if there were any trends & we looked at our WalknWheeler HU data for this year so far. After all of that, each of the Team had a slightly different target so we met in the middle!(50 to 55% range) I stressed the importance of SMART goals. I think the Team nailed it!
So our AT goals for 2021 are:
- end Semester 1 51%
- end Semester 2 55%
We then discussed the rest of our planning for the year & the Team decided to run Race Around Australia in Term 3. One because it had a great participation rate last year & secondly, hopefully it will encourage more to use AT during what can be challenging weather. Thirdly, the art work was wonderful & we'd really like to brighten up the winter months!
You can also see that our Team intends to have fun this year & is very competitive (those colour targets!) So all in all, I think we are in for a great year of teamwork, fun & (hopefully) attainable AT targets!

A very comprehensive session Arlene! It always looks SO organised at Warnbro. Great to hear that the Race Around Australia was so appreciated last year. Although I can't give you more "meeting" points this term I can give you 10 points for really spelling out how you arrived at your plan!
