It is now Week 3 & the Team is really getting into the swing of things. This week saw the leaders' teams view a short video on running meetings before we broke up into our individual teams. Being specific, involving everyone & setting out to achieve the goal was the gist (sounds like Your Move!)
The Team has just started to focus on goals & planning for this year. An attempt was made to get started on our introductions but time was against us! First task next week! Below, the Team hard at work making a start on the first goals to set (AT% for end of Term 1 & end of the year.)
Task 2 next week, finish draft planning ready to discuss & come up with the 2019 PLAN.
