Hands Up Survey at Wellard 2021

Last Friday, our student leaders dispersed amongst the school to survey classes from Years 1 - 6. We had 425 students participate in our survey.

With 72% of our students travelling to school each day by car, there is a huge amount of congestion in our car parks and the Kiss and Drop. The majority of our walkers and riders were students from our upper classes. We would love to see some of our younger students walking to school with their parents or parents of friends.

Hopefully through careful planning and encouragement, the number of students driving to school with their families will decrease and we will see active walkers and riders coming through our gates!
