What a fantastic result for WDPS today with 171 students from Kindergarten to Year 6 walking to school for National Walk Safely to School Day. This figure, combined with the number of kids riding their bikes to school resulted in a marked reduction in traffic around the school. After all the promotion this week, it was great that so many of our school community were involved in the event and to see all the parents actively travelling with their kids!
