Winterfold conducted our end of year hands up survey last week. We have always been faced with a challenge when trying to increase active travel at our school. We are right next to another school and we start relatively early compared to other schools.
It was disappointing to see those coming to school via car has increased, especially considering the lovely weather we are having.
As disappointing as the results are, it will not completely deflate us. We will continue to work on getting those bike racks full!

Good to hear that you are onto the End of Year survey, sorry to read that it is not as rosey as you no doubt expected 😕. Given the amount of Your Move activity at WInterfold this year I can only assume that it is a quirk of the survey - how was the weather on the day? Was there anything else happening - sports day or swimming perhaps? If you have the time and energy, you might consider doing another survey just to see if it is consistent or not. In the meantime, the good news is that you have earned another 10 points for your reflections here.

Thanks James. It was fine weather and no other events on. I did consider doing another one later in the year. We have 2 weeks of swimming coming up so perhaps after that!
