It's the end of our three year cycle and time to update our Business and Operational Plans.
We have a new look format too, with lots of additional information. Previously, Winterfold Your Move had been part of the Sustainability plan, which never really sat right with me. I have successfully petitioned to have it incorporated into the Health / PE Operational Plan.
Draft stage has been complete and forwarded to the Health / PE teacher to incorporate into his plan. Final drafts should be out later this year once all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed.

Congratulations Julia! Great to reflect and refine on Winterfold's approach! The program sits well under both areas given the relevance of Active Travel in relation to the Key Curriculum concepts, especially: understanding interdependent and dynamic systems; world view; values of care and responsibility. These relate to: complexity of challenge in car dominated ecological and social systems; CO2 emissions reduction; air quality; land use planning; connection to our natural environment; habitat

Thanks very much for sharing your draft Operational Plan inclusion! Excellent detail there. How do the teachers provide lessons? Do they use the ones on our website or devise their own? That's 40 points for corporate document inclusion and 20 bonus points for great content 🙌🏽

HI Emma. Teachers do a combination - I provide the lessons from Your Move, the Health teacher does the SDERA ones and teachers make their own up from the curriculum
