Organise a carpool "postcode" morning tea to celebrate carpooling and match-up potential car share partners. Use this event to promote a ride-matching system. It can be as easy as pin -board map in the staff room so staff interested in carpooling easily identify who lives nearby and is interested in sharing a ride.
