In 2021 the Government of Western Australia provided grants to schools, through the Department of Transport, to promote cycling to school. Bannister Creek Primary School used their grant to purchase a set of mini road signs, wheelbarrow, spades and helmets. The kindy and pre-primary students are having a wonderful time riding their new bikes on the road track and learning to read road signs. Our wonderful gardener assembled the signs and wheelbarrow and also painted some lines on the track.

It looks like the youngsters are taking it all very seriously 😁 - great to see the signs out in action, but no-one is leaning on a shovel! You have earned 40 points for sharing how you have used your 2021 Connecting Schools grant.
