On Tuesday morning, Lake Gwelup Primary School had our 4th annual Dress up Your Bike Day! This event has been so successful over the past few years and children look forward to it every year.
This year we had over 150 students participating from kindy to Year 6, and many had dressed up both their shoes and their bikes!
The Transport Troopers very carefully selected the winners, which was very tricky because we had so many great contenders. They received prizes which we had purchased from the Your Move reward shop.
Students particularly loved seeing our deputy principal, Mrs Nicol, and our new school officer, Miss Shalders, riding their own decorated scooters!
That is the end of Your Move for us this year. We look forward to kickstarting new initiatives next year, including Walk Your Dog to School Day!
